1. About PlacedInCare

PlacedInCare helps care providers connect with pre-screened care candidates for direct-hire roles. We are not a temporary staffing agency.

2. Using the website

• Do not provide false or misleading information.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the website’s security or availability.

3. Candidate introductions and screening

We pre-screen candidates and introduce them to potentially suitable employers. Screening may include location, experience, availability, right to work, DBS status, and care setting fit.

We aim to share suitable candidates, but we do not guarantee that an employer will hire, or that a candidate will be offered or accept a role.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers remain responsible for final employment decisions and all required checks.

This includes (without limitation) safeguarding and compliance checks, references, DBS checks, right-to-work checks, training verification, employment contracts, and onboarding.

5. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate information and keep details up to date. Candidates should not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work in the UK.

6. Fees

Candidates are not charged for using PlacedInCare. Employer fees (if applicable) are agreed separately and are not displayed on this website.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlacedInCare is not liable for any loss arising from employment decisions made by employers, candidate conduct, or reliance on information provided by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms
